Michael Coleman Defies Odds And Starts Happy Campaign

Written by Dana Jacoviello

Actor Michael Coleman, is not only personally a dear friend of mine, but also an amazing advocate and good friend here at Bullies Keep Out. He has a passion for good and giving back, and a heart full of love. Always helping where he can and putting a smile on the face of MANY. There is definitely nobody better to play the role of “Happy” on the hit ABC show Once Upon A Time than Michael. That role was made for him.

He exudes happiness, and still maintained that when he was battling a terrible, debilitating, and possibly deadly disease called Guillan-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which is a chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP). You can also read more about this rare disease and Michael’s story here.

Not only has he been in recovery for over a year, He is now fighting his way back by raising awareness and funds through his Happy Campaign with Stands. He has full support of his Once cast and crew of this beloved show. Photos and tweets by Lana Parrilla, Sean Maguire, Rebecca Mader, Jared Gilmore, Lee Arenberg, Faustino DiBauda, Beverley Elliott, & more.

The campaign is only running for a limited time. 14 days to get your shirts. Let’s help Michael get this campaign off the ground and make it successful. Both men and women shirts available. See below:
